Rachell Lisbeth's posts with tag: barbeque
| | Much thanks to JD (illdef on multiply) for posting the photos! Of course I had to grab them from his site. :)
Okay, to date this has been my long-eeest food shoot ever at 27 hours straight through. After I saw how JD laid it out, it's totally worth it.
Remember people, chicken has to be faked. Barbequed anything has to be faked to look good in photographs. Maximum 10 layouts per day if I'm faking anything. We did 15 layouts upon client's insistence, so there, 27 hours na tumataginting. Haha. I felt like I was back in college, doing an all-nighter plate.
Anyway, hope everyone likes the photos. Please visit the branch at The Block, SM North. It's on the 4th flr, near the cinemas. That's the only location as of now that has the updated wall murals and menu. I'll try to update this if I hear the other locations have updated already.
As far as inasal goes, Inasal Chicken Bacolod has really good inasal, and sisig (!!!) If you're a soup hound like I am, try their soups too. Oh, and they have the cheapest rack of ribs in town so please do drop by and order to your heart's content. :)
Photography by Noby Cabanero, layout and art direction by JD Villafuerte.
Please click on the photos for added commentary. :)
(Note: The tent card photo is also known as "Paano pagandahin ang laing???" *bow* haha).

| | If it's for Mommy Academy (MA), I usually create the recipes, cook and style the food. I only do that for them, no one else.
As for the calendar photos, these are my personal picks.
Goldilocks photos by Kai Huang.
Purefoods photos by Jason Tablante.
MA photos by different photographers. |
